Refund policy

Please call us, we are very happy to help.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with swing tags attached. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your goods.

The following items are non-returnable:

  •  Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items 

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however they can be exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items

We replace items if they are defective or damaged.   




Unfortunately due to rising shipping costs we have had to increase our freight charges. .

Flat rate of $8 for all New Zealand orders.
NZ orders over $200 FREE shipping.
We dispatch your order via Courier.
Australia shipping charges $30.00
Please note extra charges may apply on bulky items we will contact you prior to shipping to discuss.
The shipping costs for returned items are at your own cost and responsibility until the item is received back instore. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All stock displayed on our website is held in our retail store. While we check our online sales regularly, there is a small chance that a product brought online is sold in store before the product is picked. In this instance, we are very sorry!
